The Annual Dinner starts off the New Year with a great opportunity to network with over 1,200 fellow members at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Following dinner guests enjoy entertainment from a top class speaker. Takes place annually on the third Tuesday in January.
The principal meeting place for members and a crucible for innovative thinking, the conference provides an extensive technical programme of plenary sessions, workshops and office tours. Taking place over 3 days in May, activities also include a welcome drinks reception, conference dinner, as well as an optional golf tournament and cycle challenge. Organised by the BCO Vice-President, the theme changes annually as well as the city location.
The annual President's Lunch is the first major event which allows the membership to welcome the appointment of the new President. A distinguished keynote speaker is invited to address guests following the lunch. The lunch takes place annually in the third week of September.
Entries for the BCO Awards competition are welcomed in October and November. The regions then celebrate their winners at dedicated lunches and dinners during April and May. The programme then culminates at the National Awards Dinner which takes place on the first Tuesday in October. These events showcase the Awards entries, their project teams, and celebrates the very best in British office design.
