A New Look for the BCO

04 Jul 2016

As the British Council for Offices (BCO) moves into its second quarter century, we are delighted to unveil a new logo, which reflects our vision for the next 25 years.

The BCO has always strived to be the leading multi-disciplinary organisation for all those involved with work space. In developing our new identity, we have kept member feedback at the forefront of the process to create this bold, striking and confident logo. Our thanks and appreciation go to Ken Shuttleworth and his design team at Make, Tom Featherby and Sam Barclay, for giving their time and expertise to deliver this eye-catching new look.

The new logo was revealed this afternoon at the BCO's AGM to members and we will begin to roll out this new identity across all our platforms and channels in the coming weeks and months.

Chief Executive Richard Kauntze comments: “The BCO's second quarter century presented a prime opportunity to us to consider the brand and image. The new branding for the BCO looks to reflect the strength and voice of our organisation as a driving force in the research, development and communication of best practice in all aspects of the office sector.”

If you have any questions or comments regarding the rebrand or use of the new BCO logo, please contact Liz Appleyard-Hutchings, Communications and Events Manager (
